Medical Alert Program Guide. Complete guide to our Medical Alert program and services. It will walk you through all of the steps to successfully set up your medical alert systems. It includes a catalog of available equipment and all necessary forms.

Web Access Guide. Our current web access system was deployed in April, 2008. Those of you that have been using the old system will be pleased with the enhanced functionality. Please note that you will need to set up a new security account the first time that you use the new web access.

If you use our Direct Shipping program and order 5 or more kits, we will handle everything for you, from setting up the medical alert systems, shipping them in your name, and assisting your customers in setting up their systems.

2400B/3600B Software and Setup Instructions. (updated 9-08) A zip-file that contains the Windows software to program and remotely access our medical alert systems.
